Up for grabs this time is X-23, also known as Wolverine's clone and she has some nasty abilities, like being able to defeat enemies that have resurrection buffs (i.e. from Phoenix, Odin's Staff, etc.).

Improved PVP Armory:
- The amount of bonus stats that players get from slotted Armory items has been increased. Players will notice now a considerable difference in character stats between players who have a high armory bonus and those who do not.
- We also resolved an issue that was preventing players from receiving the full bonus listed on preview screen.

- We have removed the Ruby Quartz Fragment for sale this week, but it will be making a return when Season 5 begins along with the Terrigen Crystals.
Bug Fixes:
- Added mission progress bar back to the mission map screen
- Magik’s AI has been adjusted so that her other moves are utilized more often in defensive PVP battles
- Psylocke’s Psionic Shadow no longer allows her opponents to dodge her Mental Coordination attack
- Psylocke’s Psionic Shadow will no longer dodge Catastrophic or Psychic Energy Attacks
- Cable’s Distress Call now uses his Bodyslide ability
- Punisher’s The Migrant is now tagged appropriately
- Valkyrie’s AI should now allow her to attack Blasters and using her at level one will not result in her recharging
- Colossus and Kitty Pryde’s Team Up Bonus “Hard and Soft” description text has been corrected
- Kitty Pryde’s Shadowcat uniform passive description has been corrected
- Weak Mind should no longer apply on characters with Mechanical Body, Robots, or Magneto
- Bane no longer procs on healing effects or shield effects
Thoughts
The biggest change is they buffed the Armory, if you look at your PvP bonuses now, heroes count for less.
The change was inevitable as new players are increasingly disadvantaged by the number of heroes that old players have, while it's fairly easy to add to your Armory. The way it was going, it was increasingly harder for someone to pick up the game and do well.
It kinda sucks as someone who grinded out Command Points to collect heroes though...
